Helpline is an organisation that you can call up to talk about your problems such as bullying. These people have being researching these topics for years and know about as much as there is to know about bullying. Places such as Kids Helpline are available to call , email them or have web counselling. So this lets you do what ever makes you comfortable. Another place you can contact,t if you don't want to be associated with adults, is ChildLine. These people have researched all there is to know about children bullying. Counsellors, psychologists and psychiatrists:
You could go to a counsellor, psychologist or psychiatrist depending on how bad the bullying is affecting you. These people will help give you ideas on how to cope with the bullying. They will also give you activities to help you deal with whats happening.These people you have to meet in person so if you are afraid or embarrassed to talk to someone in person this is not the way to go.

Another place you can receive help is at church. This is mainly for people who believe in God or who want to get to know Him better. Here you can learn ways to pray about the situation. Also to know that everyone is Gods child and that no one can hurt anyone else. Also you can meet lots of new people that you can become new friends. Also you will share your heelings that you have had through out the week.
